The Annual Parish Meeting (APM)

The Annual Parish Meeting is not a 'committee' as such. It is an open meeting to which all members of the public and parish are entitled to attend. It is, however, organised by the Parish Council and in some instances minutes are taken but there is no obligation to do so and in fact from 2016 the meetings were not minuted.
