Come and join Kim on Wednesdays for a high energy, full body Circuit Training class at 6 - 7 pm. £5 per class - get 6th one FREE. Limited places available so booking essential.

Yoga - Asanas with Alison

Every Tuesday evening 6 - 7 pm. Hatha Yoga class suitable for all levels. £6 per class or £25 for a block of 5 sessions. Limited places available so booking essential.

Craft & Chat Group

We meet for 2 hours on Wednesday afternoon and everyone brings along a craft project that they are currently working on or would like help with. There are lots of different crafts undertaken with knitting, crochet, embroidery, tapestry, rug making and crystal art to name a few. We are a friendly group who enjoy crafting and learning from each other. Cost £2 per session.
