Hire includes electricity and the use of kitchen and all Hall equipment. Deposit requirement will be discussed at the time of booking.
The Committee can use its discretion and grant free use of the Hall for parishioner funerals. If additional cleaning is required after the event, a donation towards the cleaning costs would be required.
Any requests for special rates or discounts need to be discussed with Booking Clerk, Treasurer and Committee Chairperson. They together can decide on the outcome. This needs to be recorded in the hiring agreement that the Hirer signs.
The use for parish specific consultations/public meetings is free of charge. The use for local government events such as elections, will be charged at usual rates.
These charges may be altered at the discretion of the hall committee. Please use the booking form to register your interest in booking the hall.
