Winners of the welly whanging and teddy parachuting
Two very happy competitors celebrate their success in the tea rooms at the Summer Fair. Ian Turner faced fierce opposition in the welly whanging competition but decimated the field with his unique chucking technique. Rosemary Newton saw her teddy perform the best jump off the the church tower to land closest to the target. Her winning teddy will be wending its way to Spain to live with her great granddaughter Grace.
Many thanks to John and Tiina Pomfret for running the welly whanging competition and to Wendy Sweet for organising the Teddy Parachute.
