Rural road safety advice from Devon and Cornwall Police

Devon and Cornwall Police have published this leaflet on rural road safety especially relating to livestock. It is worth noting that during the months of May to October there will be cattle grazing Inner and Outer Knowstone and Haresdown moors. These cattle can sometimes to be seen on the roads around the moors. The moors cannot be fenced off which subsequently means the cattle are able to roam freely. Extra care should therefore be taken on these roads.
