Message from Masons Arms

Please see below a message from the Masons Arms.

“Just testing the water to see if there would be demand for a takeaway next week?

How about next Friday, 8th May? We could offer a collection only service from here, maintaining social distancing, orders ready for collection between 17:45 & 19:15. I am proposing a beef curry (or veggie) with rice, sweet potato and spinach sag aloo and a naan bread.
Price would be £12.50 p.p. pre-orders and pre-payment only by Wednesday 6th over the phone (01398 341231). We would also have some iced Kingfisher Beer in 330ml bottles (£2.20) and Chilean Sauvignon Blanc 750ml (£8) and an Aussie Shiraz 750ml (£8) if you felt the need!

The food will be packed in hygienic plastic containers and in takeaway bags, and although these containers are microwavable the idea would be to eat the food straight away. (You know the score and anyway we would never propose re-heating rice!)

So why not set up a zoom meeting and “invite” your friends and neighbours to join you and... Please share!

Please don’t drive further for this than the time it takes to consume the meal and two beers!
